Hey there, thank you for dropping by to learn more about me! My name is Linsey and I am a lover of simplicity, perfect over-easy eggs, and saying “hi” to all the dogs. When I am not doing hair, teaching Pilates or doing school work, you can find me hanging with my favorite person, my husband Jonathan, and my favorite dogs, Dexter and Teddy. I am in school full-time online at Arizona State University pursuing my B.S. in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching so I can help all of you lead your healthiest life yet. See, I think diets and crazy workout plans are too much for most people to sustain. I believe in doing the minimum amount to get the results you’re after. Health and wellness doesn’t need to be hard to work. Like I said, I love simplicity!

After years and years of endless massages, chiropractic visits, special pillows, and days off work, I decided to try Pilates. I wish I could remember how I found out about Pilates because it was life changing. So much so, that after a few years, I decided “I need to learn to teach this so I can help others like me who are suffering.” I love how much Pilates focuses on alignment, and it helped me immensely with my own body aches and pains. I stand taller, more comfortably, and heck, I even have some sweet muscle definition from doing it.
